We currently ship within the United States.
Cost & speed
Shipping is free on all US orders. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–12 business days from the date your order ships. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier timelines can vary, especially during busy periods.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days, check your spam folder, then email support@soothethera.com and we'll look into it.
Delivery
Responsibility for the package transfers once the carrier marks it delivered to the address you provided. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it's on its way. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us within 7 days and we'll help you work with the carrier to locate it.
