SootheThera delivers heat, massage, and vibration therapy that works through consistent, daily use — the benefit builds over time, not in a single session. That's why our guarantee is built around giving your device a genuine trial.

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you use your SootheThera device as directed and it doesn't bring you the relief you were hoping for, you're eligible for a refund of the purchase price. Because the device needs consistent use to do its work, this guarantee has a trial requirement:

- Your trial period begins on the date your order is delivered (per carrier tracking).
- We ask that you use the device as directed for at least 60 consecutive days. Results build with regular use, and most people who give it a fair trial feel the difference.
- If, after completing your 60-day trial, you're still not satisfied, you may request a refund any time between day 60 and day 90 from delivery. (Requests before day 60 or after day 90 fall outside the guarantee window.)

How to request a refund
- Email support@soothethera.com during your eligibility window (days 60–90).
- So we can confirm the device was given a fair trial, we may ask for a brief description of how you used it and, in some cases, a photo of the device. This isn't a hoop for its own sake — it's how we keep the guarantee fair and sustainable.
- We'll then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA can't be processed.

Returns & refunds
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked method so your package can be confirmed as received.
- Once we receive the returned device, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- The refund covers the price paid for the product. Original shipping (if any was charged) isn't refunded; for most US orders shipping is free.
- This guarantee is for the original purchaser on orders placed at soothethera.com.

Damaged or defective items
If your device arrives damaged or defective, the trial requirement doesn't apply — just email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.

A note on chargebacks
If anything about your order isn't right, please email support@soothethera.com first — we read every message and we'll work with you to sort it out. That's almost always faster than a chargeback, and it lets us actually fix the problem.
